摘  要:以内容为依托的教学模式,通过将学习者的各种需求纳入教学,优化课程内容,使教学内容更贴近学员的未来职业,在一定程度上满足了学员的情景需求与目标情景需求。教学实践结果表明,以内容为依托的教学模式有助于激发学员的学习兴趣,转变学习动机,提高语言表达能力。该模式下培养的人才也可以满足用人单位对工作人员在语言应用能力方面的需求,使人才培养的目标更加明确。The content-based teaching model can help optimize the curriculum content by taking learners5 various needs into consideration,making teaching content closer to students’future career and therefore satisfying their current situation demand and targeted situation demand.The result of teaching practice proves that the content-based teaching model contributes to the inspiration of students’learning interest,helps to transform their learning motivation and improve language skills.Talents cultivated by this model can meet the needs of employers in graduates*language application ability,which makes the objective of talent cultivation clearer.
