摘 要:目的在血液内科临床实习教学过程中,使用基于"翻转课堂"的临床带教实习模式,以调动学生学习主动性,提高其临床实习学习效率。方法选取西安交通大学2016级临床医学专业102名实习学生,以采用基于"翻转课堂"的带教模式组为实验组,以采用传统教学方法的为对照组,每轮实习结束对学生进行出科考核及问卷调查,评价、对比教学效果。结果实验组学生普遍反应基于"翻转课堂"的临床带教实习模式对提高学生的学习兴趣、病例分析能力、临床思维能力和自学能力均有明显提高(P<0.05);出科考核成绩两组无显著性差异,(P>0.05),分析原因可能与目前采用的出科考试模式有一定关系。结论基于"翻转课堂"的临床带教实习模式有助于调动学生积极性、提高自学能力、提高学生参与度,相较于较传统教学方法具有明显的教学优势,值得在血液内科临床带教实习中进行推广应用。Objective In the clinical practice teaching of Hematology Department,we use the clinical teaching practice mode based on flipped classroom to improve students’learning initiative and improve the efficiency of clinical practice.Methods Select the Xi’an Jiaotong University 2016 clinical professional 102 students,with based on flipped classroom teaching mode as the experimental group,using traditional teaching methods as the control group,each round of the end of the internship for examination and questionnaire survey to the students,evaluating and comparing the teaching effect.Results The experimental group students generally based on the flipped classroom clinical teaching practice mode to improve students’interest in learning,case analysis ability and clinical thinking ability and self-learning ability were significantly improved(P<0.05);Examination results of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),which may have a certain relationship with the examination mode.Conclusion Based on the flipped classroom clinical teaching practice mode helps to arouse the enthusiasm of students,improve self-learning ability,improve students’participation,compared to the more traditional teaching method has obvious advantages in teaching,is worth the blood medicine clinical teaching application in practice.
