摘  要:目的对医师职业倦怠研究成果进行系统评价,分析主要影响因素。方法检索相关数据库文献,筛选目标文献26篇,样本总量为12 494人,按照性别、婚姻、职称和科室4个特征分组进行Meta分析,采用Stata 12.0软件进行统计学分析。结果不同性别、婚姻、职称的医师在情绪衰竭和去人性化这两个维度上有显著差异(P<0.05),在低成就感这一维度上,性别、婚姻、职称和科室4个特征均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医师职业倦怠群体内差异不受研究年代变化、地域的影响,但研究工具造成的差异值得关注。Objective A systematic review was made on job burnout among Chinese physicians and major influence factors were analyzed. Methods Related databases were searched to include 26 target studies with 12494 physicians.A Meta-analysis was made by Stata 12.0 statistical software from four feature groups:gender,marriage,titles and departments. Results As for the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions,it showed significant difference on gender,marriage,titles(P<0.05).However,in the low sense of accomplishment dimension,there was no significant difference in these four demographic characteristics including gender,marriage,titles and departments(P>0.05). Conclusion The in-group difference of physicians burnout was not affected by time and region,while the difference caused by research tools should be paid attention to.
