摘 要:随着生物研究的不断深入,生物体内一些对人类身体有益的物质逐渐被人们发现和使用,其中功能食品就是对天然生物活性物质应用的成果。本文通过介绍天然活性物质和功能食品的相关概念,以及当前的功能食品中对于天然生物活性物质的应用方法和成果,对功能食品未来的发展方向和趋势进行预测,并根据当前状况提出未来天然生物活性物质的研究和应用方向以及生产和提取工艺的改进方向,希望能为相关研究机构和企业提供参考经验,不断将生物中的有利因素应用到食品、医疗等领域,为人类的健康提供保障,促进人类社会健康发展。With the deepening of biological research,some factors that are beneficial to the human body are gradually discovered and used,and the appearance of functional food is the result of the application of natural bioactive substances.By introducing the related concepts of natural active substances and functional foods,as well as the current application methods and achievements of natural bioactive substances in functional foods,the future trends and trends of functional food are predicted,and the research and application direction of the future natural biological active substances is put forward according to the current situation.As well as the improvement direction of production and extraction technology,we hope to provide reference experience for relevant research institutions and enterprises,continue to apply powerful factors in biology to food,medical and other fields,provide protection for human health and promote the healthy development of human society.
