摘　　要：研究医学院生物科学系本科毕业论文质量控制和管理体系,发现、完善、优化培养方案,建设、优化实习基地,加强师资队伍和教学资源建设,并针对性地进行毕业论文专项训练、完善质量管理和监控体系等措施,有效地保障了毕业论文教学质量和水平,为医学院校相关专业本科毕业论文教学和管理提供有益参考。The quality management and control system of undergraduate thesis of bioscience specialty in Bengbu Medical College was studied.The results show that some measures,such as improving and optimizing the specialty training program,construction of high quality practice base,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and teaching resources,special training about the thesis,and improving quality management and monitoring system,will effectively guarantee the quality of graduation thesis and the quality of thesis teaching.It provides a useful reference for the teaching and management of undergraduate thesis for non-medical specialties in medical colleges.
