不同烤瓷修复材料用于口腔临床修复效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨采用不同烤瓷修复材料对口腔临床修复的应用价值。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月收治的口腔修复患者140例,共150颗患牙。分别在患者修复后1个月和1年进行回访,分析每组患者口腔修复后的效果。结果修复后1个月,患者满意率为100%。修复后1年金铂合金烤瓷组有4例出现松动现象,1例发生牙龈红肿出血现象,修复成功率为93.59%(73/78);氧化锆烤瓷组中出现1例牙龈红肿现象,成功率为97.22%(35/36);镍铬合金烤瓷组中共出现4例破裂现象和1例松动现象,成功率为80.77%(21/26),组间比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据对不同材料进行口腔烤瓷修复的调查可有效找出每种材料所存在的缺陷,并根据调查结果告知患者在口腔修复后需要注意的事项,从而改善患者口腔修复后的生活质量。Objective To study the different PFM restoration materials of oral clinical application value of repair.Methods From December 2015 and December 2016,140 patients with oral cavity repair admitted to the hospital were selected as the research object,including a total of 150 teeth.Respectively for the patient to repair after 1 month and 1 year return visit,the effect after the analysis of each group of patients with oral cavity repair.Results The satisfaction of patients a month after repair according to the survey,satisfaction rate of 100%,for 1 year after repair was performed according to the survey,gold platinum alloy PFM group had 4 cases appear loose phenomenon,swollen gums bleeding occurred in 1 case,its repair success rate was 93.59%(73/78).Zirconia ceramic group in 1 case of swollen gums,repair success rate was 97.22%(35/36).While nickel-chromium alloy PFM group of the communist party of China in 4 cases of fracture phenomenon and 1 case of loose phenomenon,the success rate was 80.77%(21/26),the comparison between each group had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the survey of different materials for oral PFM restoration can effectively find out the deficiency of each material,and according to the results of the survey to inform patients after oral repair matters needing attention.Effectively reduce the occurrence of the above phenomenon,thus improves the quality of life of patients with oral after repair.
