摘  要:无轴承复合材料尾桨作为直升机最重要的关键部件之一,其制造质量直接影响使用寿命,传统手工为主的制造技术已远远不能满足当前要求。研究了复合材料尾桨叶现有的自动化制造技术,在尾桨叶柔性梁成型过程中,使用自加温自加压成型系统,根据树脂黏性变化自主判断加压时机,实现了尾桨叶柔性梁的无故障制造。另外,通过采用胶接自加温工艺和自动化镗孔工艺,保证了尾桨叶制造的稳定性,大大提高了产品的合格率。同时结合当前现状,简述了尾桨叶制造技术的发展方向。The bearing-less composite tail rotor is one of the most important components of helicopters,and their manufacturing quality directly affects their service life,but the traditional handmade manufacturing technology is far from meeting the current requirements.This paper studies the exiting automatic manufacturing technology of composite tail rotors,and in the forming process of the flexible beam of the tail rotor,the self heating and self pressurization molding system is used to determine the time of the pressure according to the viscosity of the resin,and the perfect manufacturing of the flexible beam of tail rotor blade is realized.The stability of the tail rotor blade manufacturing is ensuring by using automatic heating and boring process in assembling,and the qualification rate of the product is greatly improved.At the same time,combined with the current situation,the development direction of tail rotor blade manufacturing technology is briefly described.
