摘 要:OBE理论是以学生能力提升作为核心理念的教育理论,在实际教学过程中最为重视学生的实际能力培养及学生的综合素质提升。OBE理论与我国高等教育人才培养的相关理念相符,也与教师的实际教学模式构建存在较大关联性。OBE理论与我国师范英语专业中卓越教师的培养理念存在协同性,在师范英语专业卓越教师培养中使用OBE理论具有积极作用。The OBE theory is the education theory with the core idea of improving students’ability,attaching the most importance to cultivating of students’practical ability and improving of their comprehensive quality.The OBE theory is consistent with the relevant concepts on talent cultivation of higher education in China,and has a great relationship with the construction of practical teaching model.The theory of OBE is collaborative with the concept of training excellent teachers of normal English major in China.In this regard,the application of OBE theory has a positive effect in training excellent teachers of normal English major.
