摘 要:基于键合图的解析冗余关系(ARRs)故障诊断法是根据诊断键合图模型的因果关系路径构建系统的ARRs和系统故障特征矩阵(FSM),并利用系统实际观测特征与故障特征的比较进行系统的故障检测和隔离,但FSM只能反映出单故障的可检测性和可隔离性。针对该方法的局限性,提出采用符号有向图和键合图相结合的方法,搭建符号键合图模型,对系统进行多故障诊断。最后以三容水箱为例,以20-sim为实验平台建立仿真模型,验证了基于符号键合图模型在多故障诊断方面的可行性和有效性。In the fault diagnosis method based on the analytical redundancy relationships(ARRs)of bond graphs,the ARRs and fault feature matrix(FSM)of the system are constructed according to the causal relationship path of the diagnosis bond graph model,and the comparison between the actual observational feature and fault feature of the system is used for fault detection and isolation of the system.However,only the detectability and isolability of a single fault can be reflected in FSM.Aiming at the deficiency of the method,a method of combining the signed directed graph(SDG)and bond graph is proposed to establish the signed bond graph model and perform multiple fault diagnosis of the system.Taking the three-tank water tank as an example,the simulation model is established with 20-sim as the experimental platform,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the signed bond graph model in multiple fault diagnosis are verified.
