摘 要:在新课程改革中,教师的课堂教学行为是至关重要的。这一次课程改革其主要的落脚点是在日常的教师教学的过程当中切实将新课程理念以及课程教学研究者的思想贯穿到日常的教学行为中,所以,从这一点来看教师日常的教学行为是否能够有效、科学直接关乎这次课程改革的科学性与效果性。在今后的教师教学中,只有从教师的课堂行为出发,在科学理论的指导下,进一步的进行课堂教学行为的转变与优化,从而实现预定的课堂教学目标。Teachers'classroom teaching behavior is crucial in the new curriculum reform.The main goal of this curriculum reform is to effectively implement the new curriculum concept and the ideas of the curriculum teaching researchers into the daily teaching behavior in the daily teaching process of teachers.Therefore,from this point of view,whether the daily teaching behavior of teachers is effective and scientific is directly related to whether this curriculum reform is scientific and effective.Only starting from teachers'classroom behavior,under the guidance of scientific theory,and through further transformation and optimization of classroom teaching behavior,can the predetermined classroom teaching objectives be achieved.
