摘 要:采用有机溶剂加超声辅助的方法提取山楂中的黄酮类物质。通过单因素试验与响应面模型设计分析不同乙醇浓度、提取温度、超声时间和料液比对山楂总黄酮提取率的影响,优化出最佳工艺参数。最佳提取条件为将70%的乙醇按照1∶20(g/m L)的比例加入原料山楂粉中,超声2.0 h后,在80℃条件下提取。在最佳条件下得到的提取率为8.96%,与预计值基本相符。The fl avonoids from hawthorn were extracted by organic solvent and ultrasonic assisted method.The effects of different ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,ultrasonic time and ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction rate of hawthorn fl avonoids were analyzed by single factor experiment and response surface model,and the best process parameters were optimized.The best extraction conditions were as follows:70%ethanol was added to raw hawthorn powder according to the ratio of 1∶20(g/mL),after ultrasonic assisted extraction 2.0 h,extracted at 80℃.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate was 8.96%,which was basically consistent with the predicted value.
