摘　　要：运用管理学中路线图方法构建我国校园足球师资培训体系。认为:我国校园足球师资培训以服务青少年身心全面发展、足球竞技后备人才培养为培训需求;以建立配比合理、业务过硬的数量与质量兼备的师资队伍为培训目标;以决策指挥、培训服务、资源保障、监督评价为核心任务;以足球技术、教学方法、竞赛规则、比赛组织、文化建设、信息技术为培训关键内容。实施路径为:形成政府主导、社会参与、市场补充的多元化培训合力,完善分级、分类、分批的个性化培训分工,构建教师足球教学素养、综合教学素养、终身专业成长的一体化培训机制。This paper illustrates the way on constructing campus football teacher training system based on method of roadmap.For the China's school football teacher training system,to serve the overall physical and mental development of young people and accumulate football backup talents as basic needs;The training objective is to establish a qualified faculty with excellence in both quantity and quality.Take decision-making command,training service,resource guarantee,supervision and evaluation as the core task;Take football skills,teaching methods,competition rules,competition organizations,football culture construction,information technology as the key training contents.The implementation path are listed as follows:to form a diversified training combination led by the government;participated by the society and supplemented by the market;it is necessary to perfect that individual trainning division from grading,classifying,and groups;to construct the integrated training mechanism full of teaching accomplishment,comprehensive skills and lifelong football professional development.Take all those three together as a implementation path.
