摘　　要：教师考评是教师职后管理的重要环节和手段,是促进教师专业发展的关键,是教育评价的重要组成部分。两岸在中小学教师考评制度方面有较大差异,通过有关制度及影响的比较研究,对我国大陆地区基础教育教师考评制度的发展和完善提供启示。Teacher appraisal is an important part and method of in-servìCe teacher management.lt is the key to promoting the professional development of teachers and an important part of education evaluation.There are great differences in the appraisal system for primary and secondary school teachers across the Taiwan Strait.Through the comparative study of relevant systems and influences,this paper provides inspirations for the development and improvement ofthe basic education teacher appraisal system in China's Mainland.
