摘 要:目的研究二级甲等医院手术室护士的自主学习能力现状,为护理人才培养提供的参考。方法以自主学习能力评价量表对上海三家二级甲等医院52名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果通过对一般资料里护士的年龄、婚姻状态、初始学历、是否参加继续教育学历、职称等这些主要因素和护士主要自主学习能力得分进行相关性分析,发现护士自主学习能力和其对应的年龄、婚姻状态、是否参加继续教育学历、职称具有相关性,其他因素如初始学历未等显示具有相关性。结论区域内二级甲等医院手术室护士的自主学习能力仍有提升空间,护理管理者应加强护士自主学习能力的培养。Objective To study the status of autonomous learning ability of nurses in the operation room at the two grade A hospital,and to provide reference for the training of nursing personnel.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 52 operation room nurses in three grade A hospitals in Shanghai by self-learning ability assessment scale.Results The general data in the nurse's age,marital status,initial education,whether to participate in these factors continue to education and title and nurses mainly self-learning ability score correlation analysis found that nurses self-learning ability and the corresponding age,marital status,whether to participate in the continuing education of professional titles is closely related to the other factors such as the initial degree showed no correlation.Conclusion There is still room for improvement of nurses'self-learning ability in operation room at two level hospitals.Nurses should strengthen their training of independent learning ability.
