摘　　要：司马迁之所以能建立起他的新史观,是因为他在"亦""欲究天人之际,通古今之变"问题上采取了与包括董仲舒在内的那个时代许多历史学家和思想家不同的价值取向和思维方式,惟其如此,才得以完成他所希望的"成一家之言",最终造就了《史记》成为"史家之绝唱"。It is with his idea of“I also want to do it in a different way”in the pursuit of a thorough understanding of historical vicissitudes by an investigation into the interrelation between heaven and human,that Sima Qian adopted a value orientation and quite different way of thinking from many great thinkers and historians of his time such as Dong Zhongshu,and therefore set up his new outlook on history.Only by doing this can Sima Qian formulate his own theory as he wished,and make his masterpiece Shih Chi the first and last great book ever written by any historian.
