摘 要:目的探讨以目标教学法为基础的反思教学模式在护理本科实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016~2017年我院进行临床实习的80名护理本科实习生为研究对象,应用随机数字表法随机分为目标教学组和传统教学组,每组40人。传统教学组采用常规临床带教,目标教学组采用以目标教学法为基础的反思教学模式,比较两组临床带教方法的效果。结果实习12个月后,目标教学组实习护生考试成绩、护理专业自我概念得分、临床实践行为表现得分明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对临床护理教师评价得分高于传统教学组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以目标教学法为基础的反思教学模式应用于护生临床实习带教能够有效提升护生护理专业自我概念、提高临床实践行为表现,提高护生对临床带教的评价。Objective To observe the effect of target-based teaching method to undergraduate nursing student on clinical teaching.Methods 80 nursing students were randomly divided into the target-based teaching group of 40 and traditional teaching group of 40 which have clinical practicing in our hospital from 2016-2017.The traditional teaching group were given routine clinical teaching method,while the target-based group use the target-based teaching method intervention.Then the effects were evaluated.Results After 12 month intervention,the examination,self-concept of nursing and clinical practices of target-based group were better than the traditional group(P<0.05).The evaluation of clinical teacher was also better than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The target-based teaching method on clinical teaching for undergraduate nursing student can effectively improve the self-concept of nursing and clinical practices,and also improve the evaluation of clinical teacher.
