摘 要:百合属植物药食兼用、营养丰富,近年来已成为天然产物化学的研究热点。目前国内外对百合的研究仍较薄弱,一方面已开展研究的种较少,仍有许多种未被研究;另一方面百合研究主要集中于验证生物活性阶段,后续功能成分的分离、功能性食品和药品的开发方面也应继续加强。本文综述了百合属植物化学成分,包括多糖、皂苷、生物碱、酚类和甾类糖苷的研究进展,及其作为食品和药品的传统用途及生物功能,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。Plants from the genus Lilium are used for both medicinal and culinary purposes as a rich source of nutrients.In recent years,they have aroused tremendous research interest in the field of natural product chemistry.However,to date,limited research efforts have been dedicated to the study of Lilium.Only a few Lilium species have been studied.Furthermore,most of the current studies concentrate on the validation of bioactivities,and thus more efforts are needed to study the separation of functional constituents and to develop functional foods and pharmaceuticals from Lilium.This paper summarizes recent progress in the study of nutrients and bioactive components including polysaccharides,saponins,alkaloids,phenols and steroidal glycosides in Lilium as well as its traditional medicinal and culinary applications and bioactive functions.Moreover,future research directions are also proposed.
