摘　　要：本文建立自主创新能力评价指标体系,对安徽省16个地市在2010-2013年间的自主创新能力进行测度;进而运用面板数据模型,定量揭示产业转移对承接地自主创新能力的影响。结果表明产业转移对承接地自主创新能力的提升具有正向显著影响。具体表现为承接地承接产业转移会影响政府和企业对人力资本和研发的投入,进而影响其自主创新能力。In this paper,we first establish the evaluation index system of independent innovation ability to measure the independent innovation capability of 16 cities in Anhui Province during 2010-2013,and then use the panel data model to implement quantitative analysis of the impact of industrial transfer on the ability of independent innovation.The empirical results show that industrial transfer has a positive effect on the improvement of independent innovation ability.More specifically,industrial transfer will affect the capability of independent innovation through the investment of government and enterprise on human capital and R&D.
