摘  要:为了研究压电陶瓷物镜驱动器的控制电源,基于数字共焦显微系统,建立LLCC型滤波器。该系统以减少驱动器电压总谐波失真,并就地补偿驱动器的无功功率为研究目的。采用三电平逆变器来消除低次谐波的PWM模式,允许小而轻的滤波器进行输出显示,实验结果表明该系统能够较好的应用在压电陶瓷物镜驱动器的电源中,并且在30 k Hz^40 k Hz的频率范围内仿真与实验误差均能保持在±0.01之间。In order to study control power supply for piezoelectric ceramic lens driver,based on the digital confocal microscopy system on LLCC-type filter has been proposed.The system is designed in a way to reduce the total harmonic distortion of the driver voltage and to locally compensate for the reactive power of the motor.Operating a three-level inverter with PWM pattern of eliminated low-order harmonics allows the use of a small and lightweight output filter.The experimental results show that the system could be used better in the power source controlling respect of the piezoelectric ceramic lens driver.The error of simulation and experiment can be kept within the range of 0.01 in the frequency range of 30 to 40 kHz.
