摘  要:乡村学校发展是乡村振兴战略及进程的重要环节。当前,随着"全面改薄"项目的深入实施,乡村学校发展路径逐渐由外在条件改善转向内在深度变革,前者是基础,后者是关键。乡村学校深度变革以学校主动变革为动力、以教育质量提升为标志、以教育主体发展为中心,需要学校坚持乡村立场、立足乡村资源,以学校为中心,充分发挥教育主体的能动性,合理彰显并优化乡村学校的特色优势,并积极利用外部条件,提升乡村学校的教育质量、促进乡村振兴战略的稳步落实。Development of rural schools is an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization.Nowadays,with the completion of the reform project of weak schools in rural compulsory education,the development path of rural schools gradually change from external improvement of schooling conditions to internal deep reform.The former is the foundation,and the latter is the key.Deep reform is powered by active changing of schools,marked by improvement of education quality,centered development of teachers and students,need to adhere to the rural school position,based on the rural resources,in the school as the center,give full play to the role of education main body,reasonable show the features of and optimize rural schools advantages,and actively use of external conditions,improve the quality of education of rural schools,promoting rural steadily carry out the strategy of rejuvenating,which means to the overall transformation and upgrading of rural schools and to build the modern high-quality rural schools through the innovational practice of school education and teaching.
