河南省中职生职业核心素养存在问题及其对策

摘　　要：核心素养是当今教育界的热点话题。中职生作为职业教育的主力军,其素养教育面临时代挑战。从社会、学校、教师等方面出发,找出河南省中职生职业核心素养存在的问题,主要是中职生职业规划能力欠缺、职业道德素养教育缺失、职业关键能力素养不足、主体责任意识素养不佳等,为了改善中职生职业核心素养的现状,提出应提高学生的职业规划意识;加强中职生职业关键能力素养教育和职业道德人格素养教育;强化中职生的主体责任意识素养;政府积极出台政策法规,加大资金的支持力度;注重中职学校师资队伍建设等措施,以促使河南省中职生的全面发展。Core quality is a hot topic in today’s educational circles.Secondary vocational students as the main force of vocational education,their literacy education is facing challenges of the times.From society,schools and teachers,this study summarizes the problems of core professional quality of secondary vocational school students in Henan province,namely,the lack of career planning ability,lack of professional ethics education,lack of professional key competency,and poor sense of responsibility.In order to improve the status of core professional quality of secondary vocational students,it is proposed that the students’awareness of career planning should be improved,and the vocational key competence quality education and professional moral personality education of secondary vocational students should be strengthened.In order to promote the overall development of secondary vocational school students in Henan,the government should strengthen the awareness of the main responsibility of secondary vocational school students.Policies and regulations should be issued,and funds should be provided by the government to improve the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools.
