摘 要:从实训基地产教融合人才培养的视角出发,通过考察当前学校和企业发展的现状,发现当前高职院校产教融合中突出问题表现为高职院校人才培养与行业发展脱节,企业作为办学主体的作用发挥不到位,以期通过完善专业与产业发展的协调机制、建立课程和职业标准的衔接机制、制定鼓励企业建设产教融合实训基地的激励机制的策略来完善一条有利于激发学生发展,培养高素质综合性人才的培养路径,进而帮助产教深度融合,帮助产业结构转型升级。From the perspective of the cultivation of the integration of industry and education training base talents,and through the study of the current situation of development of universities and enterprises,this paper found the prominent problems existing in the integration of industry and education among higher vocational colleges as following.First,talents cultivation of higher vocational colleges goes adrift with industrial development;second,as the main part of the education,the enterprises play little role.By perfecting coordination mechanism between development of majors and industry,establishing cohesion mechanism between standards of curricular and occupations,and constituting excitation mechanism to encourage enterprises to construct the integration of industry and education training base,we aim at constructing a training mode that is in favor of students’advancement and the cultivation of comprehensive talents with high qualities,which will help further the deeper integration of industry and education,and update the transition of the industrial structure.
