摘 要:天车升沉补偿系统在浮式海洋钻井平台得到了广泛应用。为分析天车升沉补偿系统不同工作方式下的补偿效果,对其主要系统参数进行设计。利用AMESim仿真平台和ADMAS软件搭建了联合仿真模型,完成被动补偿方式及3种不同反馈信号(位移、速度和加速度)下半主动补偿方式的补偿效果仿真实验,以及气液转换器与被动补偿缸之间管线长度对补偿效果的影响分析。仿真结果表明:半主动补偿方式下速度反馈补偿效果最佳,加速度反馈稍差,位移反馈最次,但都远高于被动补偿方式;气液转换器与被动补偿缸之间管线越短补偿效果越高。A crown-block heave compensation system is widely used in floating offshore drilling platform.In order to analyze the compensation effect under different working modes of crown-block heave compensation system,the main system parameters are designed,and a joint simulation model is built by the AMESim simulation platform and the software ADMAS.We complete simulation experiments of passive compensation mode and semi-active compensation mode with three different feedback signals,such as displacement,velocity and acceleration,and analyze the influence of pipeline length between gas liquid converter and passive compensation cylinder on compensation effect.The simulation results show that the velocity feedback compensation is the best in the semi-active compensation mode,and the acceleration feedback is slightly worse,and the displacement feedback is the worst,but their compensation effects are far higher than the passive compensation method;the shorter the pipeline length between gas liquid converter and passive compensation cylinder,the higher the compensation effect.
