富硒食品研发现状

摘　　要：目前,在富硒食品的研发以及补硒方面还存在一些值得关注的问题:(1)如何正确补硒。(2)如何选择富硒食品以及防止过度补硒。(3)天然富硒食品与人工转化富硒食品是否存在差异。基于此,本文就富硒食品研发现状展开论述。At present,there are some noticeable problems in the research and development of seleniumenriched food and selenium supplementation:①How to supplement selenium correctly.②How to select selenium enriched food and prevent excessive selenium supplement.③Is there any difference between natural selenium enriched food and artificial transformation of selenium enriched food.Based on this,this paper discussed the present situation of selenium-enriched food research.
