PBL联合CBL在本科学历以下的护生手术室护理带教中的价值探讨

摘  要:目的:探讨在本科学历以下的护生手术室护理带教中以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法(CBL)的应用价值。方法:选取医院2017年4月到2018年1月接收的本科学历以下的护生共63名作为观察组,另选取医院2016年9月-2017年3月接收的本科学历以下的护生共60名作为对照组。前者均在手术室护理带教中实施PBL联合CBL教学法,后者均实施常规教学法。对比2组护生带教结束后理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩、对教学模式的满意度评分。结果:2组护生带教结束后理论考核成绩分布、实践操作考核成绩分布情况经对比均可见差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组理论考核成绩优良率和实践考核成绩优良率均远高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对教学模式的满意度评分远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对本科学历以下的护生在手术室护理带教中联合应用PBL和CBL能够改善其理论考核成绩,提升实践操作技能,并且还可提升学生的满意度。Objective:To explore the value of applying problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in nursing education in operating rooms for student nurses with degrees below bachelor level.Methods:A total of 63 student nurses with degrees below bachelor level in the Hospital between April 2017 and January 2018 were selected as the observation group,and another 60 student nurses with degrees below bachelor level in the Hospital between September 2016 and March 2017 as the control group.PBL combined with CBL was applied in the nursing education in operating rooms in the former group,whereas conventional teaching was carried out in the latter group.The theoretical examination results,practice test scores,and the scoring on satisfaction for teaching were compared between the two groups.Results:The distribution of theoretical examination and practice test results after the end of teaching in the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the excellent rates of theoretical examination results and practice test results in the observation group were shown to be higher than the control group(P<0.05).The score on satisfaction for teaching in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of PBL and CBL in the teaching in operating room nursing for student nurses with degrees below bachelor level can help improve their theoretical examination results,practical skills as well as their satisfaction.
