不孕不育患者外周血染色体核型分析

摘　　要：目的:分析不孕不育患者外周血染色体核型的特点。方法:抽取我院2015年1月-2017年12月收治的200例不孕不育患者为研究对象,对本组病例均执行外周血淋巴细胞培养,随后收集研究产生的数据,以此分析不孕不育与外周血染色体核型的关系。结果:由最终数据归纳显示,本组200例不孕不育患者中,共检出异常核型者12例,占比率6.00%,其中男女比例5/7例(41.67%/58.33%);12例异常核型表现者中,依次为染色体平衡易位者7例(58.33%),染色体非整倍体者3例(25.00%)(其中47,XXY者2例;47,XXX者1例),罗伯逊易位者2例(16.67%)。结论:染色体异常是引起不孕不育的主要因素之一,其中又以平衡易位型染色体核型为主,值得临床重视。Objective:to analyze the characteristics of the chromosome karyotype in the peripheral blood of infertile patients.Methods:200 cases of infertility patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December-2017 were selected as the research subjects.The peripheral blood lymphocyte culture was performed in all cases,and then the data collected from the study were collected,so as to analyze the relationship between infertility and peripheral blood chromosome karyotype.Results:the final data induction showed that the group of 200 cases of infertility patients,12 cases were found with abnormal karyotypes,accounted for 6%,the proportion of men and women in 5 cases of/7 cases(41.67%/58.33%);12 cases of abnormal karyotype performance,followed by 7 cases(58.33%)were balanced translocation of chromosome,chromosome 3 cases aneuploid were(25%)(47,2 cases;XXY 47,XXX 1 cases),2 cases of Robertson translocation(16.67%).Conclusion:chromosome abnormality is one of the main factors that cause infertility,and the chromosome karyotype of balanced translocation type is the main factor,which is worthy of clinical attention.
