论体育教学理论发展进程中的“内卷化”问题及其应对

摘　　要：近年来体育教学理论虽不断丰富,但主要停留在数量的增长上,"内卷化"问题较为凸显,这不仅阻滞了体育教学理论的良性发展,而且会使体育教学理论陷入"实践乏力"的生存危机。体育教学理论发展之所以会遭遇"内卷化"问题,一方面与其外引式研究范式和规模扩张发展阶段有关,另一方面与其研究方法单一且使用不当有关。为走出"内卷化"困境,今后要围绕体育教学基本问题展开立体化研究,增强体育教学研究方法的科学性和多样性,提升体育教学研究各方的协同力度和合作品质。In the recent years,the enrichment of the theory of physical education has been related mainly to the number of researches.Therefore,involution becomes inevitable,which has hindered the healthy development of the theory of physical education and put it into crisis.The problem comes from the improper introductive research tradition,overemphasis on scale,and monotonous research paradigm.In order to eliminate involution,a three-dimensional theory structure should be built,more scientific and diversified methods should be adopted,co-ordinate researches should be made.
