摘 要:为适应新时代教育发展要求,提高大学生创新能力和综合素质,广东药科大学食品学院以食品加工中心为试点,引入了开放互动式虚实结合的实验教学模式。文章以中心实际情况为基础,引进虚拟信息技术,优化整合实验教学资源,开放教学思想,构建开放互动平台及实验评价体系,保障新教学模式的有效开展,以加强对学生创新创业能力培养,满足社会人才多层次多元化的需求。In order to meet the requirements of educational development in the new era,improve the innovation ability and comprehensive quality of college students,the experimental teaching mode of opening and interaction with the combination of virtual and real is carried out in Food Processing Center of School of Food Science,Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.In the food processing center,the virtual information technology is introduced,experimental teaching resources are optimized,teaching ideas is opened,opening and interactive experimental platform and experimental evaluation system are established,so as to guarantee the effective implement of the experimental teaching.The teaching mode will improve the innovation ability of students and satisfy the social need of multi-level and diversified talents.
