摘  要:A型架-横拉杆式非独立悬架结构简单且工作可靠,被广泛应用于重载式自卸车后悬架,悬架参数对系统特性及整车性能具有重要影响。根据A型架-横拉杆式非独立悬架结构特点,基于R-W图论法搭建悬架运动学分析模型,对其运动学特性进行分析。基于模型和参数扫描法,分析横拉杆长度、角度、安装方向及A型架顶点安装位置、初始安装角度等结构和位置参数对悬架系统特性影响。分析结果可知:该形式悬架轮跳行程小于悬架行程,对轮胎的垂向跳动有控制作用;横拉杆长度增加时,同向和反向轮跳中后桥的各向位移均减小;增大横拉杆的角度可使后桥的后倾转向趋势减弱;其纵向位置对不同的参数变化影响不同;为此类悬架设计提供准则。A-frame and lateral-rod type dependent suspension have simple structure and reliable operation,which is widely used as rear suspension in dump truck with large load.The structural parameters and location parameters have an important effect on the characteristics of the suspension and the truck.According to the structural characteristics of the a-frame and lateral-rod type suspension,the kinematic model of the suspension was built based on the R-W graph theoretic approach.The kinematic characteristics of the structure were analyzed.Based on the model and the method of parameter scanning,the influence of the length,angle,installation direction of the tie rod,and the installation position of the A frame,the initial installation angle and the position parameters of the suspension were analyzed.The results show that:the wheel jump of the suspension is less than the suspension stroke,and the vertical direction of the tire is controlled.The length of the tie rod is increased;the displacement of the same direction and the reverse wheel is reduced.Increasing the angle of the tie rod can make the rear inclination of the rear axle of the rear axle weaken;the longitudinal position of the A frame has different influence on the different parameters.Those provide guidelines for the design of such suspension.
