摘 要:为探究富硒栽培丹参和未富硒丹参的体外抗氧化性活性之间的差别,对田间试验获得的空白对照组和喷施亚硒酸钠和硒酸钠的3个浓度剂量组的丹参植株的根、茎、叶采用铁氰化钾法、邻二氮菲-Fe^(2+)法、邻苯三酚自氧法、清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基法和清除ABTS^+自由基法,分别测定体积分数为32%、42%、90%乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性。结果显示,所有丹参根的乙醇提取物在对照组和富硒栽培剂量组之间都未显示出差异,喷施亚硒酸钠低剂量组的丹参茎和叶的乙醇提取物抗氧化活性高于对照组(P<0.05)。其他富硒组丹参植株乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性平均值多高于对照组,但是由于田间平行试验组数据波动性大而未呈现出显著性差异。对比丹参植株中总酚酸、总黄酮和总丹参酮的含量,体外抗氧化活性与丹参这几类次生代谢产物的含量有关,富硒丹参乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性的不同是由于富硒引起的次生代产物含量变化所致。To understand antioxidant activity of the Se-enriched Danshen and Danshen in vitro,potassium ferricyanide,o-phenanthroline-Fe 2+,pyrogallol autoxidation,scavenging 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical and scavenging ABTS+radical method are used to determine the antioxidant activity of 32%,42%and 90%ethanol extracts of the root,stem and leaf.Danshen samples come from field experiment foliar spraying with selenite and selenate at three doses.The results show that the all of ethanol extracts of root have no difference between the control group and the Se-enriched group,but the ethanol extracts of stem and leaf is higher between low selenite group and control group.The antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts from the most of the others is higher than that in the control group,but there is no significant difference between them due to the high volatility of the data in the parallel field experiment.Comparing the content of total phenolic acid,total flavonoids and total tanshinone in Danshen plants,the antioxidant activity in vitro is related to the content of the three classes of secondary metabolic products.The difference of antioxidative activity of Se-enriched Danshen is caused by changes in the content of secondary products due to selenium enrichment.
