摘　　要：我国荷叶生长分布广泛,既可为一般食物,也可作药食,在食品开发方面具备优秀的挖掘潜力与生产前景。介绍了荷叶的生产及分布状况,并阐述了荷叶的药用价值,提出了荷叶产品的现状及产品开发的方向。Lotus leaves in our country are widely grown and distributed.They can be used both as common food and as medicine,and they have excellent potential for exploitation and production prospects in food development.This paper introduces the production and distribution of lotus leaves,expounds the medicinal value of lotus leaves,and puts forward the present situation of lotus leaf products and the direction of product development.
