摘  要:通常金属和塑料相比,同结构、尺寸的零件重量金属大于塑料。用塑料来代替金属在汽车轻量化应用上有着广阔的前景。另外,利用塑料模具可以成型结构复杂的零部件,有利于零部件集成化设计,优于金属模具。汽车工程师应将设计工作的大部分精力投入到零件结构优化设计上,才能设计出更好的汽车产品。某越野车外饰零件首次应用以塑代钢,取得降重降本效果,零件集成化设计减少零件数量。Metals and plastics are usually compared to plastics,Parts of the same structure and size weigh more metals than plastics.Replacing plastics with plastics has broad prospects in light weight applications,In addition,plastic moulds can be used to form complex parts,Help the integrated design of parts,Better than metal mold.Automotive engineers should devote most of their design efforts to structural optimization of parts,A better car product can be designed.The first application of the outer parts of a cross-country car for the plastic generation of steel,Get the effect of reducing weight and reducing the cost,Integrated design of parts to reduce the number of parts.
