摘　　要：鬼神是儒家经典的重要概念。最初,利玛窦接受了这个概念,不过,他反对朱熹对鬼神的理解。利玛窦一百年之后,比利时耶稣会士卫方济更加系统地研究了宋明理学,发现宋明理学对鬼神的解释与天主教并不矛盾,展示了在天与万物之间鬼神所扮演的角色。The ghosts and spirits is an important conception in Confucian classics,which had been accepted in the beginning by Matteo Ricci,who,however,opposed the understanding of ghosts and spirits by ZHU Xi.After 100 years,Fran?ois Noёl,a Belgian Jesuit who had studied the Neo-Confucianism more systematically,found that the explanation of ghosts and spirits by Neo-Confucian does not contradict the doctrine of Catholicism,which is revealed in the role of ghosts and spirits between the Heaven and all things on earth.
