摘 要:随着我国高等教育开始由规模扩张转向内涵发展,综合创新能力培养体系在科技成果转化、创新人才培养、创新技术应用等方面起到的作用日益明显。教育部、科技部将高等教育创新能力的检测和评价作为国家创新发展的重要组成部分。各类高等院校也大力推进了形式多样的创新教育实践,并逐步开始将培养学习者的创新能力深度融入学科建设和科技研发中去。那么,如何将创新能力落地到具体的课程设计中?如何测量和评价学习者的创新能力?带着这些问题,笔者有幸在美国德克萨斯州教育技术中心2018年会中采访了布拉德·霍坎森教授。布拉德·霍坎森教授是美国教育传播与技术协会(AECT)前主席,任职于明尼苏达大学设计学院。明尼苏达大学在创新能力的培育和测量方面有着深厚的学术历史,霍坎森教授在继承先前学者研究成果基础上,以"创意问题解决"课程为平台,坚持十余年开展了一系列创新教育课程的设计与研发。他还就现代教育技术和创新能力培育的关系,以及利用大规模开放性课程实践创新能力等发表了洞见。As China's higher education reform began to develop from scale expansion to connotation development,the comprehensive creativity cultivation system is increasingly playing a prominent role in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the cultivation of innovative talents and the application of leading technologies.The detection and evaluation of creativity in higher education have been reputed as a vital part of the national innovation plan.Universities in various levels have also vigorously promoted multiple forms of creativity education practice,and began to integrate it into the discipline construction and development of science and technology.It was privileged for the journalist to interview professor Brad Hokanson at the 2018 annual conference of Texas Center for Educational Technology regarding how to employ the creativity into course design and measure learners'creativity.Brad Hokanson has been the president of Association for Educational Communications and Technology(AECT)and currently the professor at the College of Design,University of Minnesota.Professor Hokanson took the"Creative Problem Solving"course as the platform and carried out a series of innovative education course design and development.He shared the insights on the relationship between educational technology and creativity,as well as the practice of creativity in the context of MOOC.
