摘 要:麻醉科是临床科室的高风险科室,这对带教老师的综合素质和专业能力提出了更高的要求,因此麻醉科的带教具有极其严格的规定。临床带教是麻醉学科教学实践活动的重要组成内容,同时也是提高教学质量必不可少的环节。在面临多种复杂因素综合作用下,保证实习生在带教工作中的实习效果是需要重点探索和考虑的内容。文章立足于现实,首先分析在麻醉科实习生教学过程中存在的问题,谈谈自身在教学实践中的感受,其次提出有效改进策略,提高麻醉科实习生的教学效果,希望具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。Anesthesiology is high-risk department in clinical departments,which puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality and professional ability of teachers,so the anesthesiology department teaching has very strict rules.Clinical teaching is an important part of the teaching practice of anesthesiology,and it is also an essential part of improving teaching quality.In the face of a variety of complex factors under the comprehensive effect,to ensure the effectiveness of interns in the teaching work is the focus of exploration and consideration.Based on reality,the article first analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of anesthesiology interns,and talks about some feelings in teaching practice.Secondly,it puts forward effective improvement strategies to improve the teaching effect of Anesthesiology interns,hoping to have certain reference significance and reference value.
