摘 要:目的探讨基于计算机图像技术的数字化立体显示系统在口腔颅颌面医学影像诊断学教学中的应用及其效果。方法筛选典型临床病例的三维CBCT数据和二维影像片数据,利用CBCT数据重建三维模型,利用立体显示系统进行展示,引导学生理解三维解剖结构与二维影像片数据之间的逻辑关系,完成病例的解释与分析。通过对学生的影像片阅读考核、网络问卷调查以及由经验丰富的老教师组织的教学监督组抽查,评价教学效果。结果阅读考核的优良率为87.7%,无差评。共82名学生进行了网上打分,98.75%对教学效果满意,对教学模式感兴趣。网络问卷调查结果显示,教师重视度高、讲课明晰、课堂互动好、课程总体满意,综合评分为99.43分,教学帮助度为99.14分。教学督导组的抽查结果为优。结论基于计算机图像技术的立体显示系统的教学方式能充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高学生对临床知识的掌握和灵活应用,提高口腔颌面医学影像诊断学教学的效果。Objective To study the application of digital stereoscopic display system in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial medical imaging diagnosis.Methods CBCT images and related two-dimensional X-ray films were selected.The 3D model reconstructed from CBCT images was displayed in the 3D stereoscopic display system.Through the display results students understood the logical relationship between the 3D anatomical structure and 2D X ray films with the help of teacher.Therefore their analysis ability of the clinical cases was improved.The effect of the proposed new teaching method had been evaluated through the students X-ray film examination,the online questionnaire survey and the inspection of teaching supervision team composited by the experienced teachers.Results The excellent rate of the examination result was 87.7%,with zero non-satisfactory scoring.A total of 82 students scored online,98.75%were satisfied with the effect and were interested in the new teaching method.The results of the online survey shown high teachers attention,clear lecturing,good classroom interactions,and overall satisfaction with the curriculum.The overall score was 99.43,teaching aid score was 99.14.The inspection results of teaching supervision team was excellent.Conclusion The stereoscopic display system based on computer image technology can promote the students enthusiasm for learning,improve the students understanding of clinical knowledge and ability of clinical application,upgrade the teaching effect of oral and maxillofacial medical imaging diagnosis.
