摘　　要：职业学校能够为社会培养素质较高的技能型人才。技能型实用人才的素质水平是提升地区经济的关键性支撑。以职业院校教育为起点,建设完善的终身培训体系是实现全民终身学习的保障,也可以大大拓展职业院校毕业生的发展空间。研究了现阶段职业教育的特征,同时探索在终生培训背景下职业院校人才培养模式改革的方向。Vocational schools can train high-quality skilled talents for the society.The quality level of skilled and practical talents is the key support for improving the regional economy.Taking vocational college education as the starting point,building a sound lifelong training system is the guarantee for lifelong learning for all,and can also greatly expand the development space for vocational college graduates.This paper studies the characteristics of vocational education at the present stage,and explores the direction of reform of talent training forms in vocational colleges under the background of lifelong training.
