摘 要:微波可快速促进一类化学合成反应,操作简便、收率高、副反应和污染少、工作环境友善。通过自主研制和改装微波实验装置、更新实验内容及改进实验工艺,不断拓展微波化学在药物合成中的应用,将微波化学应用于药学本科实验教学,不仅有助于培养学生的创新思维,亦有利于推动药学实践教学改革不断深化。Microwave can rapidly promote a kind of chemical synthesis reaction,which is easy to operate with high yield,less side reaction and pollution,and friendly working environment.The application of the microwave chemistry in the drug synthesis is continuously expanded by developing and modifying the microwave experimental equipment,updating the experimental content and improving the experimental technology.The application of the microwave chemistry to the undergraduate experimental teaching of pharmacy is not only helpful for cultivating students’innovative thinking,but also beneficial for promoting the deepening of pharmacy practice teaching reform.
