高校微生物学实验室的模块化管理实践

摘　　要：微生物学实验室常用到一些病原微生物、有毒有害药品、高值不稳定试剂、低值易损耗实验材料,实验过程中还可能会产生对人体和环境有害的实验垃圾。为了最大限度地控制潜在的危害因素,保证科研人员的身体健康,减少环境污染,提高研究生的工作热情和工作效率,北京师范大学微生物学科研实验室将"模块化"新型企业管理思想引进到实验室管理中,把实验室管理划分成6大模块,充分发挥研究生的主体作用。经过5年的实践检验,研究团队在科学研究和人才培养方面都取得了可喜的成果。Some pathogenic microorganisms,toxic and harmful drugs,high-value unstable agents and low-value and easy-loss experimental materials are commonly used in microbiology laboratories,and the experimental garbage may also be produced in the process of the experiment,which is harmful to the human body and environment.In order to maximize the control of potential hazards,ensure the health of scientific researchers,reduce environmental pollution,and improve the graduates’enthusiasm and working efficiency,the Microbiology Scientific Research Laboratory of Beijing Normal University introduces the new idea of the“Modularized”enterprise management into the laboratory management,and divides the laboratory management into six major modules,giving full play to the main role of the graduate students.After five years’practice,the research team has made the gratifying achievements in the scientific research and talent training.
