摘  要:目的研究并分析同伴教育在急诊科护士规范化培训中的应用效果及价值。方法选取2016年9月—2018年3月间于该院急诊科工作的护士32名进行分组干预,对照组采取常规传统培训方法,观察组则实施同伴教育,各16名。结果对比观察组和对照组护理知识评分[(94.7±4.2)分vs(87.6±5.1)分]、操作技能评分[(93.4±4.5)分vs(86.9±3.8)分]、综合能力评分[(93.6±2.8)分vs(86.5±3.7)分],均提示观察组更高(P<0.05)。对比观察组和对照组工作适应障碍评分[(18.7±2.3)分vs(24.6±1.5)分]、主观幸福感评分[(74.4±3.5)分vs(70.8±4.8)分],显示观察组更佳(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护士规范培训中应用同伴教育可大大提高培训效果,提高护士对理论知识、操作技能方面的掌握程度,提高护士的综合能力,提高护士的工作适应障碍能力及主观幸福感,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value and effect of peer education in the standardized training of nurses in the department of emergency.Methods 32 cases of nurses working in the department of emergency in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 16 cases in each,the control group used the routine traditional training method,while the observation group used the peer education.Results The nursing knowledge score,operation skill score and comprehensive ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,[(94.7±4.2)points vs(87.6±5.1)points,(93.4±4.5)points vs(86.9±3.8)points,(93.6±2.8)points vs(86.5±3.7)points](P<0.05),and the working adaption obstacle score and subjective well-being score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,[(18.7±2.3)points vs(24.6±1.5)points,(74.4±3.5)points vs(70.8±4.8)points](P<0.05).Conclusion The application of peer education in the standardized training of nurses in the department of emergency can greatly improve the training effect,improve the mastery degree of nurses to the theoretical knowledge and operation skill,improve the comprehensive abilities of nurses and improve the work adaption obstacle ability and subjective well-being of nurses,and it is worth promotion and application.
