摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合案例教学(CBL)、问题式教学(PBL)及PPT讲解的混合式教学法在护理专业英语教学中的实施效果。方法选取护理本科班49名学生为研究对象,随机分为两组。实验组:混合式教学法;对照组:传统授课教学法。教学完成后,采用自制问卷对两组学生进行调查,并通过专题理论考试评价教学效果。结果问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生对混合式教学法满意度较高,在教学内容安排等多个方面,实验组也明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教学目标达到程度与提高学习效率方面两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。专题考试成绩显示,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于网络平台的翻转课堂是高等教育改革中提出的新的教学模式,但具体翻转时教学方法不应受限,混合式教学法使各种教学法得以取长补短。Objective To evaluate the application effect of Flipped Classroom combined with CBL,PBL and PPT interpretation in teaching of nursing English.Methods 49 students majoring in nursing were selected,who are randomly divided into experimental group(the combination teaching method group)and control group(the traditional teaching group).The teaching effect was evaluated with questionnaire and test.Results The students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the mixed teaching method,and the experimental group was obviously better than the control group in many aspects,such as the teaching content arrangement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of achieving the goal of teaching and improving learning efficiency(P>0.05);The results of thematic examination showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The flipped class based on the network platform is a new teaching model in the reform of higher education,but the teaching method should not be limited when the concrete flipped,and the mixed teaching method can make all kinds of teaching methods better.
