摘　　要：本科生导师制是目前我国高等院校学分制顺利开展的有效措施,也是培养创新人才的有利教育模式[1]。文章对内蒙古农业大学森林工程专业本科生导师制从具体实施措施、实施办法、培养经费来源、学生学分获取方式、导师职责等方面进行了简要的阐述,对本科生导师制的实施起到一定的参考作用。The undergraduate tutorial system is an effective measure for the successful development of the credit system of colleges and universities in China now,and it is also a favorable education mode for cultivating innovative talents.The undergraduate tutorial system of Inner Mongolia agricultural university forest engineering speciality was briefly described,which was the specific implementing measures,the implementing method,the source of training funds,the acquisition way of credit and advisor responsibility.It plays a certain reference function for the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system.
