摘　　要：翻转课堂教学有助于重构教学主体地位和师生互动模式。翻转课堂在教学配套设施、教学适应性和教学保障方面都提出了严格的要求;必须转变教学理念,以学生为中心,丰富教学内容、激发学生学习兴趣和反思教学活动,才能使翻转课堂更好地促进教师专业发展。Flipped classroom teaching helps to reconstruct the subject position of teaching and the mode of interaction between teachers and students.Flipped classroom are put forward strict requirements in terms of teaching facilities,teaching adaptability and teaching guarantee;We must change the teaching idea,student-centered,rich teaching content,stimulate students'interest in learning and reflection on teaching activities,in order topromote the professional development of teachers.
