摘　　要：本文引入全面质量管理的理念探讨了继续教育质量保障体系的构建。文章先对继续教育的发展和国内外继续教育质量保障的研究做了简要介绍,在此基础上阐述了科学继续教育质量观的内涵,并对构建继续教育质量保障体系提出建议。This paper introduces the concept of comprehensive quality management to discuss the construction of the quality assurance system of continuing education.First,it briefly introduces the development of continuing education and the research on its quality assurance both at home and abroad.On this basis,it states the connotation of scientific continuing education quality concept,and puts forward some advice to construct continuing education quality assurance system.
