摘 要:为提高学生动手能力,向学生提供更好的科研环境,重点实验室开展了专题调查探究。为体现时代背景,调查通过对6名"90后"新生代研究生的实验经历进行深度访谈,从中总结出新生代对实验教学、管理、安全等方面的需求,进而提出具有现实意义的实验教学和实验室建设方面亟待改进的建议与措施。结合研究结果,未来实验教学可以从重视激励、加强安全教育和实验仪器操作教育、完善硬件服务和提供实验经验分享机会四方面进一步提高实验教学质量。In order to improve students'practical ability and provide students with better scientific research environment,Laboratory of Ministry of Education conducted six in-depth interviews with new generation graduate students and summed up the various needs of new generation from aspects of experimental teaching,management,and security.Therefore,putting forwards practical significance suggestions and measures for experimental teaching and laboratory construction.Based on the research result,future experimental teaching can be improved in highlighting incentives,strengthening the security education and experimental equipment operation education,improving hardware services and providing sharing platformof experimental experience to achieve experimental teaching with good quality.
