摘　　要：文章梳理了上海市各高校关于创新型人才培养的现有成果,概况了上海市高校创新型人才培养从人才选拔到教育体系、创新实践、平台搭建及培养目标,并依据目前创新型人才培养模式下的问题及不足,提出若干思考和展望。The article combed the universities and colleges in Shanghai on the existing achievements of innovative talent training,the general situation of the Shanghai university of innovative talent cultivation from the talent selection,the education system,innovation practice,platform building and training objectives,and based on the innovative talent training mode problems and disadvantages,puts forward some thinking and outlook.
