摘 要:为提高叶片气马达的恒转速控制精度,考虑采用高速开关阀调节叶片气马达进气腔的压力和流量。通过分析阀控叶片气马达系统基本结构和工作原理,搭建了叶片气马达周期性、离散的腔室体积模型,对其进行傅里叶级数展开,得到叶片气马达周期性、连续的腔室体积模型。结合叶片气马达运动学模型、腔室流量数学模型以及高速开关阀阀口流量数学模型建立了阀控叶片气马达系统的数学模型。采用PID控制算法对该阀控叶片气马达系统进行恒转速控制研究,仿真与试验结果对比表明:该算法具有良好的转速控制精度,同时也表明了所建立模型的有效性和可行性。In order to improve precision of constant speed control of vane pneumatic motor,a high speed on-off valve is considered to adopt to adjust pressure and flow of inlet chamber of vane pneumatic motor.A periodic and discrete model of chamber volume of vane pneumatic motor is derived based on analysis of structure and working principle of valve-controlled vane pneumatic motor system.And then we use Fourier series to expanse it to obtain a continuous chamber volume model of vane pneumatic motor.Combining with a kinematics model of vane pneumatic motor and mathematical models of chamber flow and high speed on-off valve orifice flow,we obtain a mathematical model of valve-controlled vane pneumatic motor system.The PID algorithm is used to study constant speed control of valve-controlled vane pneumatic motor system.The comparison results between the simulation and test show that the algorithm has high speed control precision and the model established above is effective and feasible.
