摘  要:设计了一种新型多级压力源装载机液压系统,介绍了该系统的节能原理和研究现状。利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建了该新型装载机转向和工作装置液压系统的数学模型,并对其控制系统进行了设计和研究。将装载机典型工况下的外负载作为系统输入,联合仿真后发现系统压力切换及负载变化时有压力冲击、切换过于频繁等问题。通过在换向阀阀口进行压力补偿、方向阀切换平缓过渡及信号滤波处理等方法,使系统的压力波动、速度波动、压力等级切换频繁等问题有较大改善。We design a hydraulic system for a new multi-stage pressure source loader.The principle and research status of this system are introduced.Using the softwares AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,we build a mathematical model of the hydraulic system for the new loader s steering and working device.A control system of the system is designed and studied.The external load of the loader under typical operating conditions is taken as the input of the system.After the joint simulation,it is found that there are problems such as pressure shock and frequent switching when the system pressure is switched and the load changes.By means of pressure compensation at directional valve port and smooth transition of directional valve switching,problems such as frequent pressure fluctuations and speed fluctuations are greatly improved;after filtering the signal,the pressure level switching frequency is greatly reduced.
