摘 要:针对知识密集的航天型号产品研制过程中由于缺乏有效的知识组织管理,信息安全保密要求严格,导致设计人员知识获取成本高、知识重用难的问题,提出基于本体的知识网络模型构建方法.知识网络模型包括虚拟样机类、研制任务类和航天专业术语等要素.以OWL本体语言为标准,利用虚拟样机类描述研制产品的核心物理模型及性能参数;利用研制任务类描述研制场景及知识资源需求,利用航天标准术语作为知识描述的基础规范语料;构建涵盖知识创造、传递、积累的知识网络结构.提出航天型号产品研制知识的本体映射原则、步骤和算法,开发相关的原型系统,实现知识网络中知识的传递、共享和应用.以某研究院所航天器型号气动系统设计为例进行验证,结果表明,该方法有利于航天型号产品研制过程中的知识组织和共享.A formulation method of ontology-based knowledge network model was proposed in view of the high cost of knowledge acquisition and the difficulty of knowledge reuse in the development of knowledge intensive aerospace products,which are caused by the strict requirements of information secrecy and the lack of effective knowledge organization and management.Knowledge network models include virtual prototypes,research mission and aerospace terminology.The virtual prototypes were used for depicting the core models and the performance parameters of the product to be developed by taking ontology web language(OWL)as the standard.The research mission was used to describe the development scene and knowledge resource requirements.The aerospace terminology was used as the basic specification of knowledge description to construct knowledge creation,knowledge transfer and knowledge accumulation.The ontology mapping principles,steps and algorithms of the knowledge of aerospace product development were proposed,and the related prototype system was developed.The knowledge transmission,sharing and application in the knowledge network were realized.A prototype system was developed,and a real case of pneumatic system in the aerospace shuttle was used as a case study for proving the effectiveness of the proposed knowledge management methodology.
