摘  要:为降低高速公路拥挤路段中的货车混入比例,提高道路的通行能力及服务水平,通过构建货车的路径选择模型,分析高速公路收费费率对货车车辆路径选择行为的影响及不同费率的路网状态.首先,在对车辆路径选择行为影响因素进行初步分析的基础上,针对货车设置不同的出行场景,设计调查问卷和实施方案,以获取路径选择意向调查数据.其次,构建货车的公路路径选择NL(Nested Logit)模型,并对模型结果进行检验和评价.最后,以山东省高速公路网为例,分析高速公路拥挤路段不同收费费率对货车的路径选择行为产生的影响.结果表明:收费费率对中长距离出行的货车车辆路径选择行为较短途出行有显著影响,在拥挤路段仅针对货车车型适当提高收费费率时,在降低路段负荷度的同时可以增加路网收费收入.In order to reduce the trucks’proportion in congested freeway sections and improve the road capacity and service quality on freeway,this paper establishes a route choice mode for trucks,for the purpose of analyzing how the freeway toll rate affect the route choice behavior of trucks as well as the conditions of road network under various toll rates.First,based on the preliminary analysis on influence factors of route choice behavior,we choose different travel conditions for the design of questionnaires and implementation plan to obtain the survey data of route choice intention.Second,NL(Nested Logit)model,a route choice model of tracks,is established and its results are calibrated,its validity is tested.Finally,taking the freeway network in Shandong province as an example,we analyze the influence of different toll rates on the route choice behavior in congested freeway sections.The results shaw that the toll rate has greater influence on route choice of medium&long-distance travel than short-distance travel.When we increase the toll rate of trucks in congested sections,it can increase the toll revenue while reducing the negativity of the network.
